Cut cheese. Put apple, cheese, walnut and chives on the crackers and pour some honey. ◆beet potage soup- (ingredients) 225g of beets (any amount you can get) 225g of milk Some butter Some salt Some fresh cream Some dill Some black pepper (recipe) Cut the beets and mix with milk, butter and salt. Heat it until the small white dots disappear. Add some salt and butter if needed. Decorate with fresh cream, dill and black pepper. ◆salmon and orange cold pasta- (ingredients) 200g of smoked salmon 2 oranges 140g of capellini Some olive oil Some salt and black pepper Some dills (recipe) Cut the salmon and oranges. Put on a plate and pour some olive oil, black pepper and dill. ◆Grill of eggplant and foie gras- (ingredients) 1 eggplant 3 piece of foie gras Some olive oil Some balsamic vinegar Some salt and black pepper Some chives, apple, and pomegranate (recipe) Cut the eggplant. Heat olive oil on a frying pan and grill eggplant until soft inside. Grill foie gras on the side, put salt ( more salt than usual). Put eggplant and foie gras on a plate and pour some balsamic vinegar and decorate with black pepper, chives, apple, and pomegranate.
